Headlining this past week's Poetry & Poets in Rags, is an audio and a special report to The Hartford Courant about and by Ravi Shankar, who was arrested for "Driving While Brown" and, for instance, was called a "sand nigger" by the arresting officer as he was brought to the paddy wagon.
